Today makes it 19 wonderful years of marriage! I can't believe it has been that long, but as I look back, a lot has happened in that time. It was a cold, but clear and the ground was dry. I was worried about it being wet with my dress dragging behind me. We were married in the Salt Lake City Temple. We didn't have time to change our clothes before the luncheon, so we went in our tux and wedding gown. You only were it once, right? The luncheon was held at the Lion House in downtown SLC. It was lovely. Our reception was in American Fork right across the street from where the Mt. Timpanogos temple is now. The day went so fast and by the end of the night we had not eaten since our luncheon. We were starving! Again, in a hurry to leave, we grabbed our stuff after the reception and left in our tux and dress. The next stop....McDonalds! That really grosses me out now. We were hungry and back then American Fork was little. There wasn't a big choice. After we ran through the drive through we went to Sundance Cabins which was so beautiful with tons of snow.
It was a perfect day.
We have had a great time and he still makes me laugh, loves me and takes the very best care of me. Our love grows every day.
